TERMS AND CONDITIONS – LOCKED IN ZONE

1. SELLER IDENTITY & CONTACT

1.1. This online store is operated by Locked In Zone. The seller is:

1.2. The Seller operates as a Non-Registered Activity (Działalność Nierejestrowana) in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.
1.3. These Terms apply to Consumers residing in the European Union.

2. PRODUCTS, PRICING & TAXES

2.1. Locked In Zone offers exclusively personalized and custom-made apparel produced in a Print-on-Demand model.
2.2. Prices: All prices are final. Under Polish law, the Seller's activity is exempt from VAT.
2.3. Shipping: Delivery costs are calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process. There are no hidden fees.

3. ORDERING & PERSONALIZATION

3.1. Every product requires specific personalization details provided by the Customer in the "Notes" field during checkout.
3.2. Default Procedure: If the "Notes" field is left blank, the Seller will automatically use the format: [First Initial. Surname] based on the provided shipping information.
3.3. Accuracy: The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the text provided for personalization. No changes can be made once the order enters production.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

4.1. Exclusion of Return Rights: In accordance with Article 38, point 3 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days DOES NOT APPLY to contracts where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individual needs.
4.2. Since 100% of products in this store are individually personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a "change of mind."
4.3. This clause does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in the event of defective or non-conforming goods.

5. COMPLAINTS & WARRANTY

5.1. The Seller is obligated to deliver goods that conform to the contract and are free of defects.
5.2. Reporting Defects: Customers are encouraged to report any manufacturing defects or shipping damage as soon as possible to [YOUR EMAIL]. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights under EU law (including the 2-year warranty for non-conforming goods).
5.3. Size Selection: Claims regarding incorrect size selection by the Customer will not be accepted, provided that the delivered product matches the Size Chart available on the website at the time of purchase.

6. FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY

6.1. Production: As each item is custom-made, fulfillment takes 2 to 5 business days.
6.2. Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days after fulfillment.
6.3. Assistance: If your package does not arrive within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance in locating the shipment.

7. JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
7.2. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts. This clause does not deprive EU consumers of the mandatory protections granted by the laws of their country of residence. Consumers may choose to bring legal proceedings in the courts of their own residence.
7.3. Customers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
