Returns & Personalization

Each hoodie is unique and created specifically for your order.

Default Execution: If the "Notes/Instructions" field is left empty during checkout, we will automatically print the personalization in the following format: First Initial. Last Name (e.g., J. KOWALSKI), using the shipping details provided.
Content Filter: We do not accept profane, offensive, or copyright-infringing content. In such cases, the order will be processed according to the default rule (First Initial and Last Name).
Customer Responsibility: Double-check your spelling! The print is copied 1:1 from your note. Once the order is paid, the text cannot be edited or changed.

Since we offer personalized products, the following return rules apply:

Personalized Products: Products with your custom text/nickname (or created via the Safe-Print system) cannot be returned or exchanged due to their custom-made nature.
Standard Products: If you purchase a product without any personalization, you have 14 days to return it (the item must be in perfect, unworn condition).

If there is a quality issue, my production partner will fix it. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a claim.

When are you eligible for a free Reprint or Refund?

Damaged/Defective Product: Holes, stains, or material damage.
Printing Error: Low print quality, wrong color/size (different from your order), or design errors caused by the production process.
Lost Package: If the shipment does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

You must attach clear photos of the defect – these are required for my partner to verify and approve the claim.
If the error occurred on the production side, you will receive a new product or a full refund.
Note: Claims do not cover incorrect size selection by the customer – please always check the size chart before purchasing.
